Played something?
Make it count.

Keep a record of what you play. Earn Cred for your sessions, celebrate your completions, and find a reason to try something new.

Sign in with Discord. Steam is optional. Automatic logging is off until you enable it.

Start with one game

Your first log, in three steps.

  1. Pick what you played

Sign in, then search for your game in the dashboard’s logging form.

  2. Add your session

Enter your hours, minutes, and player count. Playing now? Start the session timer instead.

  3. Log it. Watch it grow.

Your progress. Clear expectations.

A fresh start by default

All-time homepage leaderboards and profiles start with Pure Cred: logged sessions, game completions, and bonus awards. Optional Discord session logs count too.

Switch to All Cred to include integration cred and collection awards. Your old Steam hours stay separate from the default competition.

Keep the competition honest

  • Log time you actually played. Avoid duplicate or overlapping sessions.
  • Use the player count for the people playing together, including yourself.
  • Mark a game completed when you’ve actually finished it.

GamerCred relies on honest logging. Cred is a way to share your progress and encourage discovery.

Your data and what other people can see

Player profiles, game stats, logged activity, ratings, and reviews are visible on GamerCred. Treat the gaming history you add as public.

Discord sign-in provides your account identity and server list for account and community features. It does not enable automatic logging. Session messages and automatic logging are separate opt-in settings.

Steam sync reads your public profile and game details. You choose the games to import, with a minimum of at least one hour played. Stay on the page until the sync finishes.

How do I control integrations and remove imported data?

In Preferences → Integrations, disconnecting Steam removes imported Steam stats and recalculates your totals. Your GamerCred session logs remain.

In Preferences → Discord, turn session messages or automatic logging off, or exclude individual games. Games excluded only from automatic logging can still receive confirmation prompts; games excluded from messages are never automatically logged.

Turning Discord logging off stops future automatic logs; it does not delete sessions already saved. You can edit or delete those sessions on GamerCred. Self-service account deletion and data export are not available yet.

How is Cred calculated?

Each game has a credits-per-hour rate (CPH). Your hours and the game’s rate determine session Cred. Where a half-life is set, the rate reduces as your total playtime in that game grows. Co-op player counts add a modifier.

Game completions add 500 Cred. Collection completions earn their listed award, included in All Cred.

Why can imported Steam Cred change?

New games may start with estimated CPH and a missing or unreviewed half-life. Admin review can change their imported Cred, so the first sync total is provisional.

Matched games use the larger of Steam hours and GamerCred hours rather than adding them together. Steam achievements do not automatically mark games completed.
